Saturday I again made  Marie Speck’s Artichoke Polenta Tart which I love so much. To go with it I made a wonderful soup, Fassoulada, from the Moosewood Restaurant Daily Special cookbook.

Today to go with the tart left overs I made Creamy Potato Kale Soup (as shown above) from the Moosewood Restaurant Low-Fat Favorites.

I had a few minutes to linger over the beautiful fat quarters given to me from my quilting friends (along with a gift certificate) for being the guild secretary the last two years.

I have been so busy that I had only a few minutes to also look over the new Tangerine Key  labels I ordered from Sweetwater. I have four classes coming up over the next week, which is the reason for being busier than ever.  It’s all good.
